      Create foundational learning:
       Develop, manage and facilitate the WFAW New Hire Onboarding Program for senior program managers (SPMs), campus program managers (CPMs) and business support associates (BSAs).
       Created and manage the national Onsite Advocate Program content including modules, Onsite Insight videos and in field assignments. Continuously update the program to meet the needs of Consumer and Small Business Banking and the WFAW Program. Over 9,500 branch employees completed the program.
       Designed and implemented the Campus Onsite Badge Program to meet the needs of the new Student Banking line of business and support branch employee skill development needed to support onsite activities and Consumer and Small Business Banking growth goals.
       Supported enterprise Mobile Path to Mastery Service Manager Workshop initiative. Partnered with enterprise leaders to create content, coordinated 500 workshops with 4,000 service managers, led facilitator readiness activities and observed workshops for effectiveness and employee development.

      Support effectiveness and development and continuous learning:
       Collaborate with key business leaders and partners to create and conduct WFAW monthly calls including the Expanded Leadership Call, All Team Call and Skill Effectiveness & Employee Development Call.
       Develop and deliver annual National Development Conferences for all WFAW employees.
