Roxanne Reed is a proud military brat, military spouse and mother of two. She serves as General Business Advisor for Carolina Small Business Development Fund. Roxanne is a published author in Military Spouse Magazine, professional contributor for Military Officers Association of America and Blue Star Families, a contributor/advisor for Military Spouse Corporate Career Network and has been featured by CNN, SpouseBuzz and America Supports You (ASY) Radio for her thought leadership in military spouse and Veteran entrepreneurship issues. She is a certified instructor and has experienced her own entrepreneurial successes with the development of two famous brands. Roxanne has spent the past 20 years establishing her role as a community leader among entrepreneurs through business consultation and mentor support, and is proud to have helped over 200 North Carolina Small Businesses grow and thrive.

Roxanne has earned a Bachelor of Science of Psychology from Old Dominion University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. In 2016 she earned her Project Management Professional Certification from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
